Return Policies
Rainbow Music offers a 48-hour approval period.
Return arrangements must be approved by Rainbow Music within 48 hours of receipt for an exchange or refund (less shipping costs both ways and applicable credit card fees).
Refunds may be subject to a 15%.
Returning merchandse must be received back in the same condition, along with all original packing materials and accessories (i.e. instruction manuals, tags, etc.)
